At Xpress-It Custom Imprints, we stand behind our products with a Full Refund Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition, undecorated, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy with no restocking fees.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at returns@xpressitci.com or call us at (800) 997-2578 to request a refund authorization.
Please note that all returns must be authorized by a Xpress-It Custom Imprints customer service representative. Upon authorization, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Once the return is processed, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund credit to be reflected.
RESTRICTIONS:
- Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom-decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production. Xpress-It Custom Imprints will not be liable for any errors or omissions once the order is approved. Customers are responsible for reviewing order approval for accuracy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
While we prioritize prompt order processing, orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies to all orders.
