In-House Logo Digitizing & Vector Artwork

-Digitizing is required for new embroidery orders.
-One-Time $50.00 fee for new orders under 48 pcs.

Production & Shipping Turnaround

Our standard production time is 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date your order is placed and artwork is approved.

-Delivery typically takes a few additional business days.
-Turnaround times are estimates and may extend due to order volume, supply delays, or artwork revisions.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer flat embroidery, 3D raised embroidery, plastisol transfers on trucker foam caps only, and full-color digital transfers. Each method has specific strengths depending on your logo detail, color count, and hat style.

That depends on your logo. Simple, bold logos look best with flat or 3D embroidery. Logos with gradients, fine details, or many colors are better suited for digital transfers. If you are unsure, we will review your logo and recommend the best option before production.

Minimum order quantity is 12 pcs. with a required one-time $50 artwork setup fee. There is no setup fee on reorders and on orders over 48 pcs.

Digitizing converts your logo from artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. This is not automatic software conversion. Every file is custom-built for clean stitching and durability. In-house digitizing has a 24-hour turnaround.

Turnaround times vary based on current order volume, decoration method, and order size. A real-time estimated turnaround will be e-emailed to you, but typically orders are completed within 10-14 business days.

Most logos can be embroidered, but not all logos embroider well without adjustments. Extremely small text, thin lines, or highly detailed artwork may need simplification to ensure a clean result. We will notify you if changes are required before production.

We provide a digital PNG proof of your digitized logo for approval for a one-time $50 digitizing fee. Approval of the proof confirms size, placement, and design accuracy and authorizes production to begin. After approval, we run a sew-out to verify stitch quality before full production. Once artwork is approved, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not available unless there is a production error on our end. Physical samples are available upon request and may increase both cost and turnaround time.

We are happy to provide a copy of your approved logo proof (PNG or JPG) at no charge. This file is for reference and general use.

The digitized embroidery stitch file is custom-built for our equipment and production standards and remains our property. The one-time digitizing fee covers creation of the file and its use for your current order and all future reorders placed with us using the same approved logo. You will not be charged the digitizing fee again for reorders unless the artwork is changed.

Ownership or distribution of the embroidery stitch file is not included. If you require the stitch file for use with another shop, it may be purchased separately for a one-time release fee.

We use trusted brands such as Carhartt, Richardson, Yupoong, Flexfit, Nike, New Era to name a few for their durability and comfort, including options suitable for construction and skilled trade environments.

Yes, you can mix styles and colors as long as the same logo and decoration method are used. Pricing may vary depending on the blanks selected.

Back embroidery is available on orders of more than 6 hats.

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for customer-approved artwork. If there is a production error on our end, we will make it right. 

If you ordered the wrong hat style or want to exchange hat styles after they have been ordered, but not embroidered, a 25% restocking fee and applicable delivery charges will be added.
